Each product comes from its own maker. Vestfell sells it, signs the agreement with you and looks after you once it runs.
We start small and build from what works.
- We start with where the time goes. We ask what your people repeat every week, what your systems are missing and what that costs you today.
- You see it working before you commit. For work we build for you, send us what you have: spreadsheets, reports and job descriptions. We build a first version from it.
- We agree the scope and the price in writing. Larger work is split into milestones, each with its own scope.
- We start with one piece. When it works and your people use it, we take the next.

You deal with one person. The person who first came to see you stays with you. They know what you have and what could help next.
One agreement covers what you buy from us. You sign with Vestfell, however many products you use.
You know the scope and the price before work starts. Larger work is agreed milestone by milestone.
Support is part of the price. The monthly price includes support, fixes and improvements.
